Historically my work preference included a pool table and a jar filled with endless lollies, specifically strawberry cremes (fyi).    That workplace mirage still exists for me, but my preference order has changed over time.   Right now I want flexibility, learning on the job, co-workers with a sense of humour and a strong sense the employees are all aiming for the same goal - which for me is work life balance

Is it easy to convey all candidate preferences through the candidate journey?  I think it can.  As long as you have started with the correct Employer Value Proposition framework and your workplace agrees on it, half the work is already done.
