Some important steps to ensure your pipeline stay accurate and ready to deploy are relatively simple:
- use the downtime to stay in touch with your network
- update any changes to their job-location wish list
- inform them of market changes to opportunities, roles, offers etc.
Recruiters should be building up a complete overview of candidates in their pipeline, knowing exactly how and when they can be reached for an opportunity and ensuring their relationships are strong.
