The pandemic 100% shifted the way employers viewed work. For the first time in my career I was given nearly an entire year of working remotely. The savings in time and cost was a strong topic of conversation amongst my networks.
I don't doubt the benefits of working remotely nor do I feel remorse about returning to the office, but for much larger enterprises like Atlassian, how many will follow suit with this bold decision across all global locations?
